is anybody growing candyland?

got this clone from a local dispensary it's from www.kingklonebrand.com today is day 25 she had been on the shelf awhile & needed a bit of tlc but I really wanted this strain now I'm wanting to hear from others who have or is currently growing this so far I haven't had any luck

thanks Amos I'm hoping I get better results lol I'm already in for the duration maybe I have a different pheno (wishful thinking) appreciate your honesty in sharing the experience

I held on to those 2 beans for a couple of years, and was going to use the girl in the [failed] Ancient OG project. She grew fine w/o problems, but never put out any trichs which is amazing considering the rep of the strain. Curiously, I've never liked any GDP and crosses that I've run out of a half dozen. I've got a sack of GDPv2 x Agent Orange beans from a fall chuck a couple of years back that, w/o popping any, I've named 'Birdseed'. Good luck w/ yours, amigo. Based on all I've read, I'm in the minority and you'll likely get a great plant.

this GDP x C99 is a great chuck...but then again the GDP used in this chuck was from the first original batch released at the tude approx 6-7yrs ago, before the DVG debacle, maybe your GDPv2 chuck is valid?

my candyland came in clone form as with a lot of strains it depends on which phenos of the parents were used to make the cross I've grown GDP but never gsc or the platinum cookies that www.kingklonebrand.com says they used in this cross I'm growing their blackjack that is different than nirvana's blackjack in that it's jackherer/blackberry kush instead of jackherer/ black domina I'll for sure post what this cut comes out like as I'm running their blackjack for another round in spite of the fact it's more sativa than I usually use

My neighbor ran a cut of it in one of their light dep runs that broke 26%.

Im running the cut Purple City Genetics sells. It was pheno hunted from a regular seed pack of King Klone Seeds. Here she is in week 5, day 35...smells like cookies when you enter the room but as soon as you touch her she smells like grape koolaid. Here are some pictures below.
