I'm an organic guy & here's what I do.
Take the cutting of choice, scrape off a good amount of the lower portion of the stem w/ a razor, dip it in rooting compound.
Straight into party cups w/ pre-moistened super soil, I then set them in a tupperware tub using another to form a lid.
I take off the top container a couple times a day for 15 minutes or so & after around 2 weeks - Viola *roots*.

Thats pretty much what I do too. Cutting in rooting compound, into a clear plastic cup of moist light warrior. I put another clear plastic cup on top for a humidity dome and in about two weeks I see roots get to the side of the clear cup and transplant into bigger pots.

so yeah, a cutting can go into organic soil.

what size light is she under? i found that anything more then floros.. ends up being to much light.. and then the plant trys to grow instead of root.. i know a friend who roots his clones on a window sil.. on a non sunny side.. so it just gets ambient light.. nd they root soo much faster for him.. i use floros.. and they work beautifully.. i have done with and witthout rooting gel or hormones.. and they still root.. just takes a little longer.. and they dont get as big as fast without hormone.. but its deff not needed .. what are ur temps in ur bubblecloner.. water temp.. and whats the room temp.. and wat lighting?

I generally clip the leaf tips off about 1/2 way to reduce transpiration.
But that's me.

If it's alive and turgid where it is in the pebbles, I'd leave it there.

Organic soil has a tendancy to create fungus around the roots quite easily in some circumstances, so if the plant likes the pebbles, let it stay there till it's actually started growing in size.

Add a few drops of nutrients to the water, and give it light when the sucker starts reaching-out.

GOOD news!!!!

When i was transplanting her i noticed She has 1 tiny Root Forming :D soo i got her in the soil mix now its been about an hour or 2 with the humidity dome on and she seems to be doin fine i dont notice her dropping or wilting at all im gunna see how things go from here,
id keep it in the pebbles bro but i dont got no Nutes what so ever but the water.

Also I i changed the 45 watt light i had on her and i put my florescent lamp i had i noticed little burnt tips on the leafs i think it was cause the light i was using was too much??

thank you all for the advise i appreciate it.

UPDATE!!!

ok so i transplanted my Clone Last night after what i read based on the comments i got, and she has 1 root so far i am hoping That She will Thrive in the New soil mix i got her. she seems to be adapting to the soil quite well,

but then again im thinking if i should of just left her in the bubbleponic system i had but with no nutes but water i can see why she was taking so long.
