Today is a happy day. My rude room mate has moved out and now I get to move in to his room with the WALK IN CLOSET!!! woohoo!!!
So obviously im going to start up a new grow. I have grown a few times before, but all with a 400 watt mh/hps conversion light. I got rid of this light a while back and now I need to get another. I wanted to go with a 250 watt hps this time to try and save some energy, but I need to know if that will be sufficient light for 4, 3 foot plants. Or if I should just suck it up and get another 400 watt. Will the power usage difference be very noticeable? Thanks for any advise ahead of time!
