Introducing nutes

Hi everyone im a new grower and a little confused. Im currently from seedling about 2 weeks but the question i want to ask before transplant is.....
If im potting into another medium do i let my plants use up the new nutes already in the medium "as it says its got enough nutrient for 4 weeks feed" before i start to use my fox farms feed as im worried i will burn these girlies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
