Okay so I am rather new to all of this really new.
but I have started out 1 random bag seed that I kept really close to my 18" fluorescent light (510lumens\15watts\3100k\cri90) 24 hours a day for the past 31 days up till last night. Now today after spending the last week or so reading and learning form incredibly helpful sites like this on and youtube I now know that this fluorescent simply wont do for the flowering stage. so today I picked myself up a couple of CFLs (1650lumens\26watts\2700k) soft white bulbs I have two on the plant now one above and one on the side Hoping to add more when I happen to come by some money. please note I am broke and have literally no spending money especially after this spree tonight. but I plan on running these lights until midnight tonight and then begin the switch to switch them off by timer from 6am on 6 pm off, and hope for the best they looked healthy until I decided to drop my fluorescent fixture on it bending the stalk I had it propped up on a stick to help it stand cause it was pretty bad there there is a 1/4 inch vertical slit which I can see through to the other side but after 4 hours or so I have removed the stick and it stands on its own so I have confidence and my 1 foot beauty. Though there have been no signs of its gender I am hoping it is a female since I only have one seed left and I have only just started the germinating process and it has already been a long 31 days and this second seed is most likely the last seed I will be able to come across if I don not find my self among females. It seems to be very stretchy and seems bare for some reason I just tonight am using a small dose of miracle-gro I have had laying around I only plan on using 2 liters of water with 3/4 tsp of the miracle-gro in it for now, but I have also transplanted it into a larger pot because the last was small and only filled half way with soil so I filled most of the larger one with the miracle-gro potting soil and placed the mold within it and fill in around and a little above it. There is not much else to say so thank you for your time, any advice or old equipment is welcome!
