I am using a 80cfm on the intake and a 165 cfm with a carbon filter attached going out
I cabinet is close to you dimensions so I think you should be good with what I am using
I was using a 80 cfm going out but it did not pull enough air through the filter so I upgraded to the 165 cfm model with a speed controller
