insulated vent ducting material question

Looking to vent and want suggestions on venting duct material. Is it worth 2x the price almost for insulated ducting material and clamps for noise reduction? Any other factors to this task to take into account?

I made my own insulated ducting for a little over 15$ with 8' semirigid ducting and 6"x 8' insulated duct sleeves. The difference between the ducting with out the insulation and the ducting with insulation is noticeable. There are cheaper ways around using all of the retail noise reduction techniques. I'm searching for a link to a post i made listing everything i did to stealth my grow room. I will post it when i find it.
