Inline fan size question

I need to get a inline fan with a carbon filter on it and I'm not sure what size to get. I have a 5 ft x 5 ft x 6 ft room which I calculated needs 80 - 180 cfm for air exchange. I just have a passive intake and 400w non cooled hps. I need it to go 20 ft and then T into my 4" dryer vent. So I wanted to run 4" pipe to it but I'm not sure if I should get a 4" 180 cfm fan or a 6" 440cfm fan and reduce it to 4". Would I be better off with the 4" or 6" inline fan through 4" pipe?
Will they be powerful enough to push air through all that ducting pipe?

get the 6 inch. i run one through 2 400w hps. i have a 4*3 area with a pasive intake as well. the 475cfm fan keeps the light cool enough while another fan circulates the fan. and i do run my 475 cfm fan through a carbon filter.

so I could get a 6" inline fan with a filter and then reduce the duct to 4" then run it 20 feet into a Y or T and it should be able to cool it enough?

Any suggestions as to what 6" filter/combo to go with and from where?

Also, do you run a fan control on yours and if so what do you have to keep the speed at to cool yours?

Thanks!
