Hey guys I was wondering what schedule you run your fans on ?
In using a cooltube with a 240 cfm fan and a scrubber wat schedule should I run it ? On when light are on or all day? My regular fans I run 24 hrs is this ok? I know plants need air moving.
I would like to hear some opinions
thanks

I run my room fans 24hr.

The light fan is on a temp/light controller. So the light fan cuts off if the temps get below 70 or when the light goes off.

My room exhaust runs at 300cfm normally and kicks up to 600cfm if the temps get above 75. The room exhaust also kicks off at 65 when the lights are out.

Thanks guys I guess my thing was trying conserve some electricity... One more question I have a 240 cfm exhaust and my space I's 4x2x6 I think is too strong because it cause the front of my tent to suck in I was wondering if any fan speed controller will work? Or do I have to find a speed controller specific to type fan I'm using?
Thanks again guys

Some inline fans don't like to be controlled at all. They buzz and hum. Ive used both dimmers and speed controllers. No difference for me, but Ive heard dimmers are a fire hazard. Unless they make a specific controller for your fan, any should do.

Now my speed controller is temp controlled.
