Information for growers who want to get better!!

I am on my second grow, and obviously want to improve. We as growers have different information that if put together could make for an awesome grow.

I'd like to contribute what I know, and hopefully others will too. Correct me if needed.

-Mix soil w/perlite
-Use Hid lighting
-Use cfl's for the first 2 weeks (from seed)
-Air has to be able to flow (preventing stale air)

I have some more stuff in mind, I just want to hear other growers methods for growing dank bud. Thanks

hmmm? I'd say the only thing on that list that is going to apply to every grow is air has to be able to flow. I look at it like this...


1) big lights, if you think you need 1000watts, get 2000
2) Ph balance, everyone has pretty good nutes these days, noobs need to keep their eyes on their PH daily.
3) have a REAL exhaust; get at least one high dollar fan, and run it into an exhaust. Run a REAL Carbon scrubber, and pull some air out of there, alittle negative air pressure in your room helps alittle with smell too, when you exhaust out through a Carbon scrubber. Oh and make the connection between the filter, the fan, and the exhaust air tight


4???? I'd make temperature number 4, but i think everyone knows we need to shoot for 75F on most of these indoor strains right? God I hope you got that, so I'm not gonna talk about temps.

If you do those three things, you will get buds, period. Do that a few times and then you can really start to hone your skills. But knowing you have the air, PH, and lights right, will allow you to really zero in on the things that are gonna to makel you see your yields go up, and they will. Yields ALWAYS go up when people stick with this. The shit about CFLs for 2 weeks, or perlite in your soil, that shit is situational, and difficult to recommend across the board for all growers, and all strains. i promise you do the three things on my list and you will get buds.
