Hey all well i have a plant growing under CFL's right now it has been in 12/12 sense May 3rd. I know it has a while to go before it is ready to pick so i was wondering if putting it outside for a few hours a day if it will help the buds fatten up..

I know i can get at least 6 hours of good direct sunlight a day on them with out no problems i may even be able to get the full 12 hours. I am just kind of worried about them going back in to Veg Mode..

If i do this what would be the best way to harden it off.. I have had it in the window sill before letting it get some sun light.

The sun is obviously the best light available for plants by leaps and bounds, so if you can do that safely out of sight, and also ease them into the direct sun slowly, it will be beneficial and stronger than any CFL. I am doing the same. Watch out for pests, keep them away from other plants. Good luck with your grow!
