Lights.
You're good for sprouting, but need a LOT of light. You might want to get all of those pots uniform (lose the one that's not like the others...) That'll save you heartache later.
Write down important dates (breaking soil, first true leaves, first pre-flower hairs, date into flower, date flowering starts.) Also, write down your nutrient cycle and formula. Write it so that a retarded meth addict with dyslexia can read it and follow it. That way, when you are in a rush, and trying to tend to that many ladies, you'll have one less worry in your mind. Also, photo-journal, for yourself. I grab about 50 - 75 pictures every week, I compare them to the same parts of the plants from a week ago... Lets me catch subtle changes that are precursors to problems (like a lime green stripe that I might not have noticed, otherwise, or red/purple stems.)
When you see nute burn or deficiency DO NOT flip out! Take your time, read and research to pinpoint the problem, and then in stages FIX it. It happens, adjust one thing at a time, don't throw 8 changes at it, and wonder why the plant died.
Good luck!
