in your opinion is a consisten temp better? or...

In my grow op, the temp fluctuates between 70-80. Do you think that's better than having it 24/7 low 70s? Because I can do that but wasn't too sure.

Some people may argue that variety in the conditions might build a more stout plant, due to withstanding some abuse here and there. From what I know though, if you can keep a consistent climate down to the CO2 content, humidity, and temperature then you will probably pull a better product. Plants like to have a schedule to their lives, water at the same time, light at the same time, a certain temperature, humidity, air pressure.

It helps them process nutrients efficiently, much like our own bodies.
