In need of guidance..advice is welcomed

hey guys and gals,

first grow. in 2nd or 3rd week of flowering and looking ok i think, but im not sure. i could use some comments and critics, i would like whats good and whats bad.
i have noticed that during week 1 of flowering alot of hairs turn red and just a couple days ago a couple started falling off. dont know what that means.

week 2-

setup-

-plants about 1 ft. tall

-first 9 weeks in cups

-1 week in pots so far

-no nutes

-have grown in window entire life

-regular ozarka spring water


all input is welcome, all advice will be use in some way
