important cutting question

my cuttings are almost 3wks old and still there aint any signs of roots.. can i re-apply rooting gel (clonex) or am i too late.. i dont even know if this is possible to do and thats why im asking for as much advice as possible..

I have often wondered the question you have about re-applying the cloning gel.....What type of media are you placing your cuttings into? I took 3 cuttings about 2-3 weeks ago just to experiment with the whole cloning process....I lost two of them the first few days inside the seedling house because I had the CFL to close to the lid and it cooked the two touching the lid. The third cutting survived, (in jiffy peat pod but showed no signs of growth.....I placed it in a bubbleponics unit I built and it took off rooting this week....I assume I didn't keep it moist enough to start with. Now I am getting roots hanging out the bottom of the net pot but it is still small.
