Depends on how many you have and what spectrum they are. You need both cool and warm spectrum light bulbs, cool for vegetation and warm for flowering. If you can afford an hps then buy it, but its not a requirement.

I would go for the HPS in your position, it is easier since you only need one bulb and so it saves a lot of time and wiring. Additionally HPS can be used throughout all stages, both veg and flower. However HPS produce a lot more heat than CFL's so if you are growing in an area which is problematic to cool you should either buy an inline fan and pull the hot air away from the bulb out or go for the CFL's.

With enough CFL's you will grow a good bud and so will you with a HPS, its a matter of money and preference.
