I'm having trouble with my seedlings!

So i've been germinating, and I think I have been overwatering. I need help! She is about 2weeks old, and I'm using the rapid rooter system. I've been giving them 16 ounces of water every 3 days, but I havent watered them in about 4 days since the ones been drooping. I have 6 total germinating right now, and I have three that popped up. GDP, Trainwreck and Ghost, the ghost is the one drooping.

Looks like overwatering to me too..

Sure look yellow.. Probably due to the roots staying too wet, for too long.

I agree probably mostly due to overwatering but when they are small it can be a fine line between overwatering and underwatering. Also there may be a problem with your water check the ph and ppm if you can. I have never had seedlings look that yellow and I'm sure it's not because they need fertilizer as they are still pretty small. If I were you I would check the ph and everything and than once i fix the problem or determine my water is okay transplant into a bigger medium of soil with worm castings or OF and give them more plain water for a couple weeks or transplant into bigger pots of hydro method and maybe start applying a very light dose of fertilizer.

See that big pool of water at the bottom of the tray? The rooters are wicking the water up and saturating them. Get rid of the pool. The trays are designed for runoff not to hold massive amounts of water. Guaranteed that is the problem.
