im confused

hey guys
i ave just germinated sum seed and i dont really know when the best time to move them into bigger pots im using root riot and they ave bin in them for a week they are all up and i can see the first set of leaves how long do i wait for?????
seed are
blue cheese
autoflower northen lights
autoflower red dwarf

I am not very experienced with autoflowers, however, I do believe it is the general rule of thumb --- when a plant is as tall as the cup it is in... transplant

example would be a seedling in a solocup... when it is about 5-6 inches I would transplant
