Illumitex power harvest!!

Hello fellow grower I recently purchased the power harvest 14 by illumitex I’m just looking to get any kind of information about it as possible I came across this at a very good price and am replacing my 1000 watt hps light for led..my main question is will I loose in yield and or in quality or will I see gains!?

I'm not seeing anything that is going to replace 1000W in the photo

Ok thanks that answers a portion of what I asked In my post

There are possible 3 or 4 good LED lights on the market, none of them are cheap alternatives.
