Depends on if it needs to be watered or not. Don't follow a schedule, follow what the plants & your medium say. If you're in soil, don't water until it feels dry down about 3". For some situations that might be every day, for some it might be every 4 days or whatever.

A droopy plant is a dry plant...she will let you know. I'm watering 1.5 gallons every other day (5 gallon smart pot) in 2nd week flower bubba kush..be vigilant on checking ph/tds runoff everytime..the extra watering depletes the soil of nutes.

Overwatered plants are also droopy due to too much water in the leaves. For a beginner it may be difficilt to distingush between the two
