If its got developed seeds, harvest?

I've had a couple females growing, and i've chopped off a branch and 'sampled' her, quite good! however, there was a couple seeds in it! (I think they came from outside, the window has been open quite a bit)

Question is, if she's already had time to develop a few seeds to completion, is it about the right time to harvest? I know you're supposed to inspect the trichomes but i don't have anything with that level of magnification

One of your plants is probably a hermie. Look closely and you will most likely find some male flowers. A mature seed doesn't necessarily mean it's ready to harvest though. Post some pics if you want an opinion.
