Ideas for new grow room.

I started small for my first grow now I am wanting to go alot bigger. My veg room will be 4'X4' and my flower room will be the same. I needed to know if 2 4' flourescent fixtures with 2 tubes each and 1 2' flourescent fixture also with 2 tubes will be enough light for a 4x4 veg room. I also needed to know if 16 42w (150 equivelant) bulbs would be enough for the flowering room. I would get a 400w HPS but I cant order anything and HPS isnt sold local around here. Also what size exaust fan would I need to pull the heat away from 16-42watters. I am limited to stores around my area also, all we have is walmart, ace hardware, thomas supply, and stuff like that. I need to know where to get a fan with a High CFM at one of these places.

you could get by with a small fan to pull air out of your rooms. your room needs to a little bigger then 4x4 or those 4' tubes are a pain the tubes are 4' the fixtures are a bit bigger.

did you want step by step how to get to the store? lol sorry. so the 42w lights would just about fill the top of your 4x4 area. you could build a light box with glass and vent that with a small 80cfm fan. You could make the light adjustable or the plants. you could do that for both sides. use cfl's 6500k on the veg side and 2700k on the flower.
