Ideas for exhaust facades?

I need something to hide the ducting in my window sill closed down on it for my intake and exhaust. I was thinking a gutted out window air conditioner but its winter here right now and I cant do that at this time of year. So then I was thinking just the little vents that are on my floor with a ducting adapter, but I was just wondering if anyone else has any better ideas? Pictures would be great so I know what to look for.

I guess to me at least any modification of a window that shows on the facade of the house my be suspect and draw attention. Def. want to be stealthy as much as possible when the situation calls for it.
