Ideal AeroFlo2 Pump Setting???????????????

Can one of you AeroFlo2 guys/gals fill me in on the optimum pump on/off setting. In the past I did half hour on/half hour off but I recall reading (can't find the thread) that some use much less than that i.e. 1 minute on/20 minutes off???

I thought the object was to have the roots bathed in a CONTINOUS flow of mist/nutes???

Any opinions would be great...

Just plug it in and let it do its job. I used one for bout a year and that all i did with great results,

1 min on 4 min off is the general "ideal".

I ran my aeroflo with many different settings, 24/7, 15on 15off, 5on 5off, it all
seemed to come out relatively the same.

I called GH and dude said run it 24/7 when the lights are on. I'm still skeptical of the need for 24/7 though. I love the 1 min on/4 min off. Thanks.
