I was just wondering if anyone could give me a walkthrough to design SCROG?

I want to make it inside my 4x4 grow tent, its not because theres limited height (there is 2 metres) just want to take up this method and see how it goes. I cant find anywhere that gives you a walkthrough/tutorial on how to do this method... I need tips from how to make the scrog and from how to thame the plant into the scrog which i dont fully understand, please give me some information on this.
