Why did you transplant too early? In the before pix your seedlings roots have barely reached the inside walls
of the pot. You don't have a reason to TP yet.

I'd say u could use more perlite in ur soil mixture there, doesn't look like u used very much of it, will help with drainage. Other than that it looks fine.
