I thought calyxes were supposed to be empty?

I noticed on my last plants that i had these little premature seed looking things inside every calyx with 2 white pistils attached (they have the same shape as seeds).

I looked for seeds every time i smoked the stuff and never found any. I haven't ripped apart any calyx before those plants so i don't know if this is normal.

The 2 clones i took from one of those plants has the same thing going on. They're nearly in week 2 of flower. I ripped the calyx off
to expose the thing.



In older calyxes with the pistils long gone the little seed looking thing is all shriveled up:



Are your calyxes empty? I've looked all over for nanas

looks normal but would have been more helpful to see it on the plant though.

did it look like a green seed if so then this is normal

No they are not. The smal green ball is normal and of no concern.

Okay cool. Why do people say it's supposed to be empty?

What, like a berry? ... Sounds really Yummy ... ive never seen a resin filled Calyx though.

has a solid typ plant matter inside i squeezed one i thought had a seed in it long ago

not filled wit resin though is coverd wit resin in form of trichomes
not filled like a water ballon - it would be nice if it was
