i think i have a hermy

ok so this is my first plant and im totally new to growing. i planted a seed i got from a bag like 3 mothes ago. its grown to about 3 feet and i saw the white fibers and knew it was female right? well about 3 days ago when i went to water them i noticed there were balls right under where the bud was starting. its a hermy for shure now right? if yes can i do anything about it? can they be used for anything good? and how did this happen and how can i keep it from happening to my next plants. its outdoor grown by the way

Not good to have these around as they will pollinate the rest of your crop.
