i would try a very small oscillating fan on that metal sheet or whatever, pointed not at the plants but upwards more towards the lights. Then for humidity, iam not too sure, maybe hang a damp towel on the edge of the can, possibly somehow making it catch some of the bouncing air off of the lights reflector. just a thought

Thanks for the info. I just rearranged my whole room.. my ac vent was covered by my bed. I have it at 80F and 45humidity right now... I am going to try to get it down to 73 but I don't even know if my room will ever get that cold lol

lower temps usually generates higher humidity. Blowing a fan at your light might help but not a whole lot. For humidity put a bottle of water in there with them. Or put a towel in the bottom and keep it moist.
