I need some basic help with going coco

I have grown in soil for years, but now I am planning on doing coco in 3 gallon Hempy buckets. I have been trying to search for really basic info about coco growing, but I don't k ow whether it's my googling skills or what, but I still am wondering about several things,and would greatly appreciate some tips and pointers:

- I have these small rockwool cubes, should I germinate the seeds in them and only transplant them into the coco after the roots show through the block?

- should I pre-wet the coco with a light nutrient?

- I have the two bottles of Terra Aquatica (ex-GHE) 2-part coco nutes, will I need a separate calmag too?

- I'm growing autoflowers, should I use the ec-targets they give on the bottles, or intentionally go lighter? I've read that autos prefer less nutrients, but then again I've also read that they don't....
The ec targets TA gives are:
-1st roots 0,3-0,6
-1st true leaves 0,8-1,2
-growing 1,3-1,8
-pre-flower 1,8-2,0
-flowering 1,4-2,2

I like to mix up some .8 ec nutrient solution, ph it, and really flush out the new media. Typically, quality bagged pre-charged coco is about 1 ec out of the bag, bug sometimes it's a bit higher, so flushing it out just lowers the ec to be a little more seedling friendly, as well as provide a complete nutrient formula. I don't know anything about Hempy, this is just basic coco advice. Also, I wouldn't start seeds in rockwool. I'd start my seeds in a smaller cup of coco, either a small pot or party cup and then transfer to the final container once the roots have filled out-probably around 5-6 nodes.
