I need ideas

I've got a question for you guys, any help is appreciated. Right now I've currently got a 4x2x5 tent w/ a 4 inch inline fan and carbon filter. I am currently growing 2 plants (1 Cheese and 1 Super Silver) under the 2012 240 watt Blackstar. I just got the light 4 days ago, and I'm still vegging for another couple days so I don't have any results to discuss yet and I'm not looking for an hps debate either. My question is this....I want to do a perpetual grow where I have 2, maybe 3 flowering at a time. The plan is not set in stone, but I would like to for example, take clones from my plants, flower the 2 that are already started and after a month add one clone. So it would put me on a harvest 2 plants one month, 1 plant the next, then 2, etc....My problem is that i need a clone/veg area. I don't want to buy another tent and I'm trying to be relatively cheap. One thought I have is to buy a rubbermaid container and mount my cfl's at the top of it and just use it to cover the clones/veg plants while still keeping everything in my tent. The problems i see with that is if I cut holes for intake and exhaust how do I cover them and not have light leaks (remember this idea has the veg rubbermaid in the same tent as the flowering plants) Would it be better to buy 2 and stack them and keep them outside of the tent? Then I wonder about smell if it's outside the tent and carbon filter. The veg/clone area doesn't have to be big as I would only have be vegging 2 or 3 plants at the most. Do either of these ideas seem like they could work or do you guys have any other ideas? thoughts?
