i NEED HELP WITH LIGHTS

I am a grower of marijuana. I know I have to fertilize the seeds and what not, but I need help. All I have is a fifty watt, a 75 watt, and a black light. Will any of those work? They did for me before

400w MH for veg stage and a 400w HPS for flowering and couple of CFLs cool blue for seedlings and away you go man

I can get a 100 watt thats the highest I can get. Is that any good?

I would suggest , if you are not willing to spend money, to ditch incandescant and at least get yourself some cfl's or shop lights they are cheap and work . A regular bulb may grow a plant, but if you get some cfl's maybe even a metal halide(doesn't have to called a grow light to work) look up gymnasium lighting on ebay those 400 watt mh with a cone style reflector will wolrk well they usually run 65-75 dollars shipped. If this is beyond your budget go to walmart and get the spiral cfl bulbs at least 26 watt the 42's work good but are a little more pricey. these are sufficient they will grow and flower a plant good luck. I reccomend dropping $135 on the cheap 400 watt hps at htgsupply.com you WILL get your money's worth first harvest. I wouldn't even bother with the incandescant light. good luck

I would suggest at least getting some cfl's they will grow pot if you go to ebay and search lithonia you can get ready to run 400 watt metal halide lights for 10 bucks befroe shipping they are not called grow lights and may need new bulbs but this is a steal and they will grow very nicely. almost bought a few and then noticed they are set up for 277 volts oops

i actually found it at wal mart lol they have almost everything i could need to build a hydro or aero set up and cheap lol go figure (thats prolly the most amusing thing concidering im generally anti wal mart) sorry good

but yea one of the other guys might chime in and say how many you might need.. i bought three and am using one for my sorry little grow lol.. i am prolly going to use three and start over...


anywho.. i guess if they were growing pot before they had lights like we do now... it would work.. but when you have stuff like bluberry ak and skunk and white widdow... who wants 60's quality grass...
go for the best gold you can aford ... thats what im trying to do

All you need to do is grow another 5 foot plant under 75 watts.
