I Need Help Im New

Hey im new and am thinking about growing some misty plantsn ot sure how many yet in a container outside. The container will be about four feet around the sides and have a plexie glass window on top. It will have another thing that will come down over the glass to block out light when needed for flowering and a fan at the bottom for ciculation and the plexie glass can come off so i cant tend to my plants. what do you guys think?
