I need a Complete Guide

Hey, I'm not new to smoking but I would not consider myself a veteran either. What I'm looking for is a complete guide on how to grow a single plant. I would like to grow my own, maybe a lowrider in a closet. The dimesions are 3x5x7. If you can, include a lit of materials, the more specific the better. I am not very educated on what types of lamps i need, but i know there are certain type of bulbs that i should use. If at all possible could someone give me a sugestion on exactly what buld i should use. maybe some links or something. huge thanx to anyone who helps me out.

get your hands on the "see more buds" book, shows a single plant grow from start with all the info you will need, mind you it's with CFL's but still the same as all.
