This is the best video I have ever seen in my life about mental illness.


It's really amazing.

This video is going to be my next saving grace.

If I go crazy again (statistically speaking - when I go crazy again) I'm not going to let it get as bad as it has in the past.

I'm going to watch this video. And I'm going to get some help.

I hope this video meant as much to some of you as it did to me.

she lived but it was weird for her daughter due to the publicity.
