I have one plant that has yet to flower, Outdoor grow

I have a few plants outside and 2 that are the same strain (unknown) are flowering now.
Coming along quite nicely too. But then my biggest one is a Purple Kush and it has huge calyxes growing but its still vegging. No pistils have popped out anywhere, just calyxes all over some really long. Is the strain known to flower a little later or is this one just taking its time maybe? I can say the PK gets the most sun as its bigger and shadows the other 2 at certain times of the day. Feedings for all 3 plants are the same.
Any thoughts or experiences with this would be nice. Hopefully this thing pops out some pistils soon.

I was just saying ....flowering seems late this year. And I have one that is taking its sweet ol time, its force flowered 3wks ago and only has a little bit of pistols yet my others are starting to dense up. Its crazy I know, but they do what they want, like most gals do.

Just a question, what do you mean by Calyxes with no pistils?

I mean the calyx are there but no pistils has come out. and they are not balls.
they look just like every other preflower before the pistil comes out except these ones are more grown and still no pistils
I will try to get a pic when I get a chance.

edit: here is a good example of what I mean by calyx with no pistils.
Mind you the preflower calyx showed up 2-3 weeks ago on my plant. but no pistils yet as of this post.
