I have a ques. bout "toppin and flowering"!!

Hey i had two question, I just topped my plant, i have been growin indoors now with this plant for about 2 months now.I just topped mt baby about 3 days ago.I make sure PH level is correct use nutes once every two week,growin in soil and its on a 18/6 light cycle still in veg.I was wonderin how long it would take for the top of my plant to start to grow again??also can i start the flowerin procees while its topped??I cant buy anything off of the internet so i was wonderin what kind of nutes i can get from lowes or home depot that would help it to floer better!!Any help would be appricated thank u very much!!

I fim'd my plant (similar to topping, except you cut 90% of the node off instead of the whole thing) and it spent some time growing really bushy in the center before moving up. Here is a pic when I fimd it and 11 days later.
