Hi guys, second timer here, I have no idea why these plants are so yellow 5 weeks into flowering.. The buds look awesome but I am losing leaves every day, and they are almost ALL yellowing.
Please take a look adn tell me what you think.. the soil i use is pro-mix BX mixed with Roots Organic, and am using fox farm trio as my nutes..

I gave it nitrogen about a week ago becasue of the yellowing, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I have not been flushing, and my light is about 2 to 2 and a half feet away. 400w hps, 3 plants

how many weeks is the flower period. You were probably a bit late on the N but she will still cross the finish line. And yes I usually stop N at week 6 for an 9 week strain.

give one last feed then finish out with plain water for 2 weeks. You are only a little early on the fade, next time you will know to give N a little later into flower.

Thanks for your input budfarmer. During flower, do you mix an equal amount of Veg and Flower nutes up until week 6? What is your method?

3 tsp Big Bloom, 2or3 (depending on strain) tsp of Tiger Bloom, every other feeding I give 1or2 tsp of grow big.
Try not to go by advertised flower times. If your not famaliar with a strain give N untill half the pistils turn brown, then only water. If I have grown a strain before I know exactly when it will finish.

deficiency caused by using bloom nutes with low amounts of nitrogen. that's why i never use them. can you get a water soluble fertilizer with high nitrogen like 20-20-20 or similar? if so, apply it right away and they'll begin greening up. GL

You can use it all the way. Some people use the same nutes all the way through with fantastic results. I personally like maxsea 20-20-20. Plants need a balanced diet.

I see fungi not deficiency. Any sign of rust spot on your leafs somewhere? Wet conditions and high humidity are favorable for the growth of leaf rust fungal spores. The brown spots that are present on the leaves are actually spores. If not treated carefully, leaf rust can damage the photosynthesis capability of a plant and weaken its immune system. Leaves will wilt, curl and fall off as the disease progresses on the plant. It can also become widespread and cause the plant to die, depending on the severity of infection.

what "pro" grows forgot to tell noobies is. that you need to use the grow nutes about 2-4 weeks into flowering with the bloom. you ween your plants off the grow about weeks 3 then just finish them off with your bloom an bud boots

Oh yeah??

I started with DWC and I'm doing my first ever soil run now. I always changed nutes once I started to see flowers and was going to do the same with soil. Good to know.

Can anybody second this statement? Edit: eh, seems you've already like.. 4th'ed this sentiment. nevermind!
