I can't get my dam temperature to an acceptable level!

Hi guys, I need some more help with my box temp,

room size: 5x2.5x1.5 ft
fan: 4" 160m3/hr
light: 250w mh
distance from thermometer/plants 12-18"
pasive intake: two 3x10" inch holes
Temp>92 degrees

Do i simply need a faster/bigger fan?
or maybe a light tube with ventilation

Any help?

Ya I would try bigger stronger fans and if this doesn't work then go with a some type of light cooler.
