I am a bad father.

From what I've read in my handbook and on the forums, I think this is a problem between zinc or potassium or something. I'm not too sure because I've never run into nute problems before. Let me say, do to circumstances out of my reach, shitty life has kept me away from my grow room a little more, unfortunately this whole week. though It won't ever always be that bad it was just out of my handsthis time. The plant was beautiful before I left, and when I came back...It looked as so..

See, I'm using the Lucas formula for the vegative stage at 50% and the plant seemed to have been fine. but I left and this happened. I can't say if its 100% a nute problem or a PH problem because it's part of my first grow and need to be schooled still. However, My assumption was that it was something with the PH level. The plant drank a bit of the water over the week so I know some nutrients had been used up, but what I was concerned about was the flucuation in the PH. It raised nearly to damn 7.5. (obviously my fault...I know I know)
I got back on the ball and added some new nutrient and corrected the p.h. and I hope it does the trick. also some of the leaves were "crispy" so to say. or "for to say" as Ricky would say. (maybe some of you will catch what I did there)

Can I get anyone's input ?

Should I pull some leaves off to promote newer growth in other places?
I took a clone off so I could sex it and I'll know soon hopefully because if this plant is male. I will cry.

The name of this thread made me lol. They'll be fine just look aftee them a bit more as they get back on track. I left a a plant for a while and came home to them being in even worse shape and it got better.
