HydroFarm VS Valueline & Sunlight VS HydroFarm

Just need some of your guys input on this.
I'm debating on what inline fan and air cooled hood to buy let me hear your opinions.

For the inline fan it's between...

I'm indecisive right now so your input will help thanks

NOTE: They will be going into a 4x4x6.5 grow tent with carbon filter and 400 watt HPS

The 6" inline fans are almost identical, Same with the Hoods, except the hoods have different ballast cords. Get the one that matches your ballast or you will need the adapter.
