Hydrofarm active aqua 12 w 8 outlet air pump...

This is the strongest pump they have at htg supply it's 60$ and it's 12 watt has 8 outlets and does 25 liters per min...I have a 45 gal res and I know it's supposed o be 1 watt per gallon ...it's only 12 tho but it says its a new pump with more power and it's goig in my room so it can't b too loud. Anyone have this pump it's not the commercial ones but it's active aqua let me know if u think it'll work

If that is all you can use then use it.. I have a pondmaster which is a pretty large I have to say it is very quiet.. It can run 32 or 36 lines I would have to check... But if you are airating just a res I would have to say you are fine.. I use a dual outlet to oxygenate my 55 gallon res and have had no problems....

Well I don't have it yet I'm going now I'm on the way to the htg supply to get it ...

So if Its not gonna do the trick thats why i wanted to know now before I wasted money

8 lines in a 45 gallon res seems fine to me... I would not worry about it.... Is it just for the res?

Shit.. That should be more than fine..That is more than 1 stone per plant . In my DWC each bucket gets one.... Only in my UC system do I put 2 per bucket plus on big one in the Epicenter.... Good Luck!
