Hydro First Timer Help

This is my first time growing with a hydroponic system an i wanted to know if the water culture system is any good for growing pot.An im not sure how the plants recieve water,Are there roots constantley submerged an the air stone provides oxygen so theres no root rot

I've read the bubbler system is one of the best and also cheaper hydro setups. I'm actually one week into my first hydro grow with a bubbler system that I made so I can't say anything about my particular results as of now. One thing I can say is don't wait until you start growing to realize you need certain equipment like I did. Research and make sure you have everything you need so your plants will thrive. Stuff like... nutrients, hydroton, rockwool or rapid rooters, air pump, air bubblers, ph and ec testers, ph up and down and other things depending on ur grow setup.
