hybrid outdoor grown

on friday i seen a weed plant rigt next to my back yard behind the steps. its already growing bud. im trying to post a picture to show yall i was wondering if you can tell me wat week it is, idk how it got there i guess when i throw alot of seeds under my house. you can see the red hair growing from the white. i have some dead leaves from not taking care of. gonna post pictures later. could some one help me n tell me if its a good bud. i didnt see bugs or webs or fungus when i was checking out the buds
