Humidity

What is the ideal humidity % to keep my grow room? I have a humidifier that is set on a timer and a digital temperature/humidity gauge, so I can regulate the humidity pretty precisely. I may not need this, but if the humidity level in the air can help my plants grow better the better. Current age of them are 2 weeks.

Anywhere from 40% to 60% should be just fine.

Is to low of humidity an issue? It stays pretty dry in there but the soil registers around 20 or 30% on top of the soil

not as much as too high, they'll just dry out faster. That's low and I'm skeptical it's a correct reading, do you live in a desert ?

LOL I know man, I have a good meter I swear. It just stays that way in my attic. I have a fresh air intake to the room and a big inline fan pushing air out. It stays around 80 F and zero humidity in the room, the surface of the dirt directly below the 600WHPS is about 90-100F and 20-30%H.

For seedlings you want 80%.
For veg after week 2.5-3 you want 60%.
For start of flowering you want 40-50%.
For advanced flowering you want it below 30%.

Thats if you can get there.
Usually people use a dehumidifier, you can raise the humidity by using less venting or placing a humidity dome.

during veg i usually keep my humidity between 60% to 75% and in the Flowering stage i keep it between 40% to 50%
