Humidity levels

Ok so I just started last week and am having my first growth of two autos. Everything has been going great so far just got my first two nodes. My only issue is I have 4 more plants germinating right now and my humidity levels are getting very high. I will eventually have 6 in this space.

I have a 4'x3' floor space with a sloped ceiling going from 8' to 4' as this is an understairs closet. My grow controller has been working great temps have stayed 70-76 (set for 70-80). I expect higher temps and more work from the ventilation system as I dial up the lights as the plants get bigger. Currently have 4qbs on a hlg480-2100 dialed down to half power so about 240watts.

My issue is my humidity levels are running between 58-79%. I have a tiny dehumidifier that kicks on after 60% and seems like it can't handle the amount it needs to pull out. As more plants take over I'm assuming the humidity is only going to get worse, but on the flip side as the light gets hotter the vent will turn on more and pull from my lung room that sits between 65-70deg and 50% humidity. I would link the temp humidity control together but then my temps would be on the low side of where I want to be.

So will this problem get better or worse with more plants and lights, or should I be looking into a bigger dehumidifier. Also humidifier needs to be able to be controlled by a grow controller and be able to have power cut and resumed without needing a button pushed to turn back on. Also something with a very small footprint is also ideal because I've got limited space already. So lmk what you think.

Thanks for your help this site has been a great help so far.

Tl'dr but I have the same problem here on the coast of New England and I'm dealing with septoria; recommend a large dehuey unit asap
-good luck

*ps. Those tiny dehumidifiers do nothing! save your money, just pieces of crap!

I'm in ne too .

Spraying?
What are you spraying?

And sulfur? What's that for.

Electric work isn't that hard. Although I say that because I'm pretty handy in most aspects. I just dislike working within the breaker box. Yet adding or moving outlets isn't all that hard you just need to know what's already loaded on the circuit and currents you plan on running.

As you know the NE humidity will drop extremely low over the next five months, & come the spring I will have the dehumidifier issue fixed

I spray copper fungicide, neem oil, baking soda, I burn sulfur in a sulfa burner (it's a thing if you search it)
-good luck!
