Humidity and temperature control

Hey guys any recommendations on a nice controler for temperature and humidity that I can simply plug my dehumidifier and my temperature control into or is that not a thing yet. My room fluctuates in temp and humidity and I'm tired of plugging and un plugging components

Many companies make environmental controllers. Autopilot and Titan make the ones I like.

The F60 is likely what you require. If you intend to run CO2 then I recommend the F90.

would it work for a portable AC

Well, a few concerns. Will the AC unit restart after a power outage? Secondly the amperage. If the AC needs a lot of amperage you may need to use a power relay off the controller.

May want to look into the WIFI controllers like the Pebble, Sensibo... They may work with your unit if it uses a remote.

There are a lot of ways to skin the cat but you need to figure out what will do the best in your situation. The environmental controller can do a lot of nice things with day night temps, kill CO2 for venting... but the wifi controller might let you do what you want.

yeah, thats one thing that concerns me. most controllers only has a load of 15 amp. portable ac alone is at least 10 amps, not much room left to run Co2 and humidity controll.
I was thinking i can get around that by running 2 controllers, 1 for Ac, and the other one is for CO2 and humidity. i will have a dedicated 30 amp breaker for all this. lmk what u think

Inkbird makes some inexpensive models that say the have a safety feature built in for ac restarts. I have one ($70)20200310_145732.jpg and it hasn't failed me so far. Although I do not use it for ac. My basement stays fairly cool on its own. It does work just fine for a dehumidifier or warm mist humidifier and a 600w heater though.

Just use a power relay. That will let you grab power from a different circuit for the AC unit and switch it using the controller.

Look at the ILS120-ON. That is just an example. I build my own so I dunno who makes the best. Basically you plug it's trigger cord into the controller outlet, and it plugs into another circuit to switch that power for the AC.
