Hps spacing

I'm adding a 4th 1000w SE hps/mh to my grow room.

Currently have 3 1000w in a straight line covering about 5'x9'

Rooms 11.5 x 11.5 x 8

I really only need to cover about 8x8 I figured they should go in a square obviously. Reflectors are 19" wings. About how far should I space them for optimal coverage and should I have the bulbs facing inwards.

4'on center right? both ways. Sounds super exciting! Doing different strains or all one strain?
