HPS SHP-TS for grow?

Hi Guys!

can I use an HPS SHP-TS for both grow and bloom? Or let´s say what is going to happen if I put an one week old plant under a bloom light 18/6 as opposed to using a Grolux HPS?
I ask becouse I have noticed that my two weeks old plant likes bloom light better than the Grow light (more side shoots)!

I agree, if ain´t broken then don´t fix it but I think I have red somewhere that bloom light is not good for small plants becouse it makes the stem too thick ...
unfortunately I can´t find the thred again.
