HPS not working, Ballast makes buzzing noise

hello, yesterday at 6pm the light system was turned off by a timer and today at 6pm i noticed a weird noise coming from my ballast and my HPS wasn't working.
I took out the HPS and i cleaned it and screw it again. No luck
I checked the wires and everything is ok.
i plugged the ballast a few mins to see what happens and nothing.
The HPS has 3 months only. Is a grow&flo from agrolite.
Does this brand sucks? i need to get a new one?

Sounds likes it messed up. You should be under warranty.

Ive only use a digital ballast from htg supply its still going. If you buy another consider htg they have 3 year full warranty and for an extra $40 you can get 6 year full warranty!

If it is magnetic, you can rebuild it, capacitor & igniter. The power supply rarely goes bad. Cost when I did it was less than $50.00.

i would rebuild your magnetic ballast like Little Tommy said...should be under warranty??? good luck!
